1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Royal Game platform ("we", "us", "Royal Game") and the user ("you", "player"). By browsing the Royal Game website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2 Account Registration
To open an account on Royal Game, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information. Royal Game reserves the right to close any account created with false or incorrect details at any time.
Information Required for Registration
- Full legal name (as shown on your national ID)
- Active mobile number (Mobile Pay/Nagad number)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- Email address (optional, but recommended for password recovery)
Only one account may be registered per mobile number. If a single individual creates multiple accounts, it will be considered "multi-accounting" and all associated accounts and balances may be forfeited.
3 Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on Royal Game. If anyone under 18 creates an account using false information, all transactions associated with that account will be considered void.
Warning: royal game uses identity verification to protect minors from accessing gaming content. Any account flagged as suspicious will be investigated.
Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is entirely prohibited are not permitted to use Royal Game's services. It is the player's own responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local laws.
4 Deposits & Payments
Royal game currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though some may take 5–15 minutes to reflect.
Deposit Rules
- Only use payment methods registered in your own name
- Depositing via another person's Mobile Pay/Nagad number is prohibited
- If you experience any issues with a deposit, please contact Support within 30 minutes
- Save the transaction ID for every deposit you make
Security: Royal Game will never directly ask any player for their personal Mobile Pay PIN or bank password.
5 Withdrawal Policy
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing any winnings or balance from royal game. You will need to submit a copy of your national ID and a selfie.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 minutes – 24 hours
- Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
- Additional verification may be required for large amounts
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met. Requesting a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited — however, your deposited funds will remain withdrawable.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
Royal Game regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page or communicated via email.
General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only
- Bonus wagering requirement: (Deposit + Bonus) × 30
- Maximum bet of ৳500 per round while a bonus is active
- Bonus validity: typically 30 days
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided

7 Gaming Rules
All games on Royal Game are operated in accordance with international standards. Each game has its own set of rules, available in detail within the game lobby.
- If your internet connection drops during a game, the session will pause at that point.
- In the event of a technical error, royal game reserves the right to void or refund any affected bets
- The dealer's decision is final in live games
- Any disputes regarding game results must be reported to support within 72 hours.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on royal game and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Use of bots, scripts, or automation software
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system
- Money Laundering or Illegal Payments
- Creating Multiple Accounts or Bonus Abuse
- Harassing or threatening other players
- Unauthorized use of royal game's brand name or logo
Important: In cases of fraudulent activity, all balances and winnings associated with the account will be forfeited.
9 Account Suspension
Players may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
Royal Game reserves the right to suspend any account for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspected fraud, submission of false information, or legal grounds. Players are generally notified by email or SMS prior to account suspension.
